Who we are: TbilisiSmile is a free information guide to dental clinics in Tbilisi. Operator: TbilisiSmile. Contact: [email protected].

Contact form: if you write to us, we receive your name, email address and message. The form is delivered by Web3Forms (web3forms.com), which processes it for us and forwards it to [email protected]. We use it only to reply to you.

Patient reviews: if you submit a review, we store the clinic, your rating (1–5), comment, display name and country, the treatment and visit month if you give them, the site language, the date and the moderation status. We do not store your email address, only a one-way hash of it made with a secret key, used to prevent duplicate reviews and never shown. Reviews are kept in a Cloudflare D1 database and are published only after approval. The review form may use Cloudflare Turnstile against spam, which then receives your IP address for that check.

We do not sell your personal data.

Hosting and logs: the site runs on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, to deliver and protect the site.

Analytics: after launch we will use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not track you across sites. It is not active yet.

Cookies and third parties: we set no cookies of our own and use no advertising cookies. Fonts load from Google Fonts and clinic maps are embedded from Google Maps; when they load, Google receives your IP address and browser information and may set its own cookies. Links to maps, WhatsApp, clinic websites, hotels and other sites are governed by those services' own policies.

Your rights: to see, correct or delete the personal data you sent us, including your review, email [email protected].
